How much is shipping?
We ship using Canada Post to most provinces and FedEX ground service to certain areas where Canada Post may exceed desired transit times. We use Canada Post Regular Parcel service to the 3 Territories. Package size, weight, location and handling determine our posted shipping rates which are subject to change.
How Long is Order Processing?
ALL online orders require 7-10 business days to process and custom orders/orders with powder coating require a minimum of 10-14 business day lead time. Transit times rate determined by location, however the average is 2-4 days.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes. Any order that requires expedited shipping will need to be emailed directly to us and we will email the invoice for payment with the upgraded shipping costs for secure online payment.
Do you ship international?
No. We ship only to Canadian addresses at this time.
Do you offer a return policy?
Yes. There is a 25% Restocking Fee for all returns of standard sizes. The customer is responsible for return shipping and associated costs. Return Credits are issued within 30 days of receipt of inspected goods. No Returns for orders with custom sizing.
Will my legs rust?
Protect your raw steel hairpin legs by applying any kind of clear sealer or wax treatment. You may also chose to paint your legs using a rust paint. If you order stainless steel then the legs will not rust.
Do you paint the legs before shipping?
No. The raw steel legs will need to be cleaned using a mild steel cleaner in order to prep for painting or clear coat. The brushed steel and stainless steel legs are cleaned prior to shipping.
What are the dimensions of the L-shaped mounting brackets?
The laser-cut L-shaped mounting brackets are raw steel 4.75” x 4.75” and have 3 pre-drilled holes for #10 screw.
What size screws should I use?
We recommend using #10 pan head screws. The length and type of screw depends on the material you are mounting the legs to.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. We accept all major credit cards.
Is your site safe & secure to order on?
Yes. We process all payments via PayPal or Credit Card.
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes, email us what you need. A small fee is added for custom heights not offered on our online store
Do you offer powder coating?
Yes. We offer professional powder coating in several finishes and colours including, textured black, bronze, graphite, gunmetal grey, sparkle silver, gloss white, ivory, red, royal blue and others. We ask that you email your order to us if powder coating is required and we will invoice you directly in order to include this added service.
